Obbligo pattizio e vincolo promissorio nella teoria contrattualistica del giansenista Pietro Tamburini

Considered one of the greatest exponents of late Italian Jansenism, Abbot Pietro Tamburini (Brescia 1737-Pavia 1827) was for many years a professor of natural law at the legal faculty of the University of Pavia. The study of his Lezioni allows to deepen, in the context of the complex relationship between morality and law, the concepts of natural obligation and conventional obligation as the basis of contract theory.
